The best hotel ever

Liked: The best hotel I’ve ever stayed and trust me I traveled a lot. I spent 3 amazing weeks in this hotel. The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, amazing mattress, pillows and blanket. Great soundproofing. Very clean. Downstairs restaurant is a top class. The breakfast was delicious, I ate so much that was full till evening:) Dinner is also incredible! The location is super central, very beautiful outside & a lot of attractions in a walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Maybe this hotel is absolutely fantastic but for me not, as I didn’t see a good side of it except location. I was on a zero floor my window was facing bins, plenty of garbage.. bathroom was leaking and water was coming out the shower cabin.. when I asked for another better room I was told to pay 25 euros more.. as the room I have reserved is what I have and that I didn’t check description.. but nowhere in description was indicated that windows are directly in garbage and that water is coming out of shower . room was dark.
