Amazing couple of days

Liked: Cosy rooms, nice shower, central location.
Disliked: It was all pretty splendid.

Very lovely place to stay...

Liked: The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast across the street is superb and well worth going to start your day on a very pleasant note. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. Location is very good I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go and on a side street so quiet at night despite the central location. Loved it!

Good

Liked: Friendly & helpful staff. Good location within walking distance of major sights. Nice neighborhood with many dining options nearby.
Disliked: It's an old building with uneven places within the room. You have to be careful of stepping up and down between the bath and sleeping area. The bathroom was a bit worn and awkwardly laid out, especially for my elderly mother.

Comfortable little hotel

Liked: Nice little hotel located in pretty close proximity to everything we needed. We managed to walk to all the main tourist attractions in less than 30 minutes (apart from the Vatican City - which we took a taxi to). Staff are so lovely, Debora was particularly helpful when we arrived.
Disliked: Probably could of used a little more space. There wasn't really an area to leave our suitcases without obstructing access to the bed or bathroom

Disliked: room safe was broken and asked to get fixed or replaced and they never did. i was there for 4 days. room was an ‘upgrade room’ to front of hotel but was very small for the amount of money paid
