Liked: Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful. Cleaning of the rooms was excellent
Disliked: No common areas at all. The entrance and reception area too small. The few steps to the elevator look so old and dirty. The first impression is not good at all. Although there is a reception during the day, there is not enough space to keep luggages

Liked: Property was in an excellent location and for the most part we enjoyed our stay however, my husband had kidney stones in our bathroom was not functional, which meant that he had to use the public bathroom near the lounge area. This was an inconvenience as he had to get up at night, get dressed, go to the bathroom come back to the room and get undressed. Kidney stones are very painful and to add to the stress of having to go to a public bathroom while in pain was not the optimal situation. I contacted the property to ask for a 20% refund since our stay was five nights. I have yet to hear from them. I’ve sent them numerous emails.

Disliked: The entryway. There is no lobby and the elevator is accessible after a short cramped stairway

Fabulous stay and vacation time.

Liked: The reception staff was wonderful and so helpful. The rooms were excellent along with the bathrooms. We had a great time. The food places around the hotel are fabulous.
Disliked: The only place we were not over joyed about was Le Grotte Server seemed annoyed with dealing with Americans.

Liked: Big rooms, multiple bathrooms, comfortable mattresses, location was great. We needed to see a doctor and that too was few doors down as well.
Disliked: Small elevator.
