Amazing Stay

Liked: Love the 24 self check in, made everything Sooo easy, loved the location, was an amazing place for our little break. Had everything we need.
Disliked: Loved everything, there was nothing not to like there

Liked: It was clean and the staff were friendly
Disliked: A rough sleeper was blocking the entrance sometimes during the day and night and you were unable to open the door. The staff kindly moved them when requested because I couldn’t enter or exit the hotel.

Liked: Location is fantastic, just across the main train station; it is by far the cheapest option in City Center Hamburg, although the facilities were poor; Much food & drink opportunities in waking distance (not offered by the hotel); hotel is clean and quiet.
Disliked: Never stayed in such a small (single) room before; I had to put my suitcase in the bathroom
