Wouldn't recommend here

Disliked: Double comfort room wasn't very comfortable two single beds pushed together for the money very basic for what you're paying for i wouldn't book here again staff at night wasn't very helpful and when raising the complaint in the morning they didn't seem to care so I walked away and left before checking cause it was that bad the lift needs upgrading and the stairs up to the room just get told what level it is not shown and not even level numbers to help so very much a guessing game , will not be staying there in the near future I would want a part refund miss leading

Good

Liked: The location is great, the hotel is right in front of the Cathedral and Central Station. Reception is available 24/7. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Could get noisy during the night. One of the rooms did not have heating and was missing a lightbulb.

Never again

Liked: The staff were friendly and helping.
Disliked: The rooms are dirty. My bathroom was not cleaned. Mold everywhere. I slept with all my clothings on from the day. When I took a shower the next morning I kept my socks on my feet cuz I did not want to catch fungus on my toes. It was a horror show. You get a genuine clean room for that money. They charged me an extra 3€ upon checking in. Idk for what and was too tired to ask.

Liked: Didn't eat the breakfast didn't know where it was. But was visiting family so wasn't a what we planned to eat anyway. Room was better than I thought as reviews I had seen weren't very good but was decent size clean and comfy. Perfect location near to everything. Couldn't get any closer to the main attractions
Disliked: Staff could be more helpful, and happier. Wouldn't let us check in even 5 mins before 2 o'clock. Then 2 o'clock hit and all people had to then wait while 1 man on his own was serving 10 people so everyone had to wait. Could have more than 1 person checking in if don't let anyone check in until 2 on the dot.

Bad

Disliked: Wallet was stolen from the room by the cleaners when I was in the shower. The door to the room wouldn't lock or close properly so the cleaners came on in. I had reported to reception that my wallet had randomly gone missing from my bag. They didn't seem to care one bit. I'm pretty sure this is a regular occurrence by the way they acted. The receptionist told me to call the hotel number the day after and see if it was handed in. I rang them only to find out they had blocked my number. Total scam of a hotel. I've never ever had to complain about any hotel. But this was ridiculous. I've tried to contact the hotel via phone and by email. Got no response. Pretty sure I'm not the only one to complain about this either. Id spoke to a few people when I was out for dinner the next day and they said theres been numerous complaints about this spot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
