Disliked: Booked into the wromg room which was extremley cold. When I went to recepection we had been booked into the wrong room. Why do the rooms have 2 portable oil heaters in the rooms when the heating should be sufficient, Damp in the bathroom and again cold

Liked: Lovely location and convenient for BIC.Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great buffet breakfast . Friendly and efficient staff.
Disliked: There were only 2 tea bags! The hot water on the sink was very hot indeed and a sign would be advisable.

Lovely hotel/room and welcoming staff

Liked: Hotel was lovely, staff welcoming and helping. We had a lovely 3 course lunch whilst enjoying the view. Room was nice and spacious, we really enjoyed our stay and will be returning.
Disliked: The breakfast unfortunately arrived cold (room service) when asked about a replacement, we were told it would arrive the same due to the weather. Hotel staff were understanding and so helpful, they wanted to solve the issue. We were given a refund.

Disliked: Extra charge for dining and for an extra bed although we booked for 5 people

Liked: First rate location on cliffs overlooking the Pier and along the coast in both directions.Quality hotel.and accommodation, within easy walking distance of central Bournemouth.
Disliked: Having to pay for on-site parking; I know it's only £12 par day, but I dislike the way that otherwise quality hotels try and get extra money out of guests who have already paid a premium rate for their room.Some btmreakfast items were just not up to scratch for such a fine hotel: rubbery fried eggs, scrambled eggs not made with real egg; awful coffee; only cheap, fat-free yoghurt; a lot of the traditional hot items were not very well cooked or presented; smoked salmon only available at an extra £3.50. Lacking a few nice touches in the bedroom: no complimentary biscuits; only sachets of powdered coffee, to give just 2 examples - these little touches make a difference to the stay.

Disliked: Not really sure. Only thing, an area in room where a fitted wardrobe could be, as there were no draws for clothing
