Nice for quick getaway

Liked: Room size and comfortable beds
Disliked: Family room above front entrance when Christmas parties were on and lots of loud drunk shouting for a few hours till around 1am when children trying to sleep. Having to pay £1 per towel for swimming and being told at swimming pool that we have to pay at reception and reception had said pay in leisure reception

Disappointing

Liked: Some of the staff were friendly view looking out to out door pool was beautiful and location
Disliked: Bathroom dated and dirty with cracks in the tiles we wanted use sauna and jacuzzi but was out order which not said before hand! Lamps didn't work in the room and between 1am and 430 am there were spooky activities going on in our room

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the food, both in the bar and restaurant is very good. Location is great, right on the sea front which allows you some amazing views of the sunrise.
Disliked: My only complaint from our stay was the room was very warm, there was a lot of heat generated by the heated towel rail in the bathroom so we just closed the bathroom door and opened the window and this made a huge difference.
