Liked: The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The location was easy, close to Newmarket and easy to get into the CBD via public transport. Room was clean and had free parking!
Disliked: The wifi didn't work in our room the first day but by day 2 the hotel had fixed it 👌 The bathroom didn't have a fan

Disliked: Arrived half an hour early for check in, had called ahead of time to say we were going to be early and told that was fine only to turn up and told to sit and wait 25mins. Finally got into room and beds were roughly made. Stains on the sheets. Left me wondering if room had even been cleaned. Floor was not vacuumed thoroughly, crumbs on carpet. There was no cutlery to eat our food and when asked reception were told there was none only teaspoons. The room was incredibly hot and the aircon barely worked and had a flashing message that the filter needed to be changed/cleaned. The mini fridge was set to a freezer temperature and froze our food solid. The pictures hung on wall were all severely crooked including the power points on the wall - not a tidy look at all. In the hall way there was bags of rubbish just left. Not impressed at all. The only good thing about it was the location for the event I was there for.
