Nice room but rude manager...
Liked: Room was spacious and parking was free.
Disliked: Manager was rude and dismissive when our access cards stopped working. He was also unclear and inaccurate about staff reception hours.

Disliked: The hotel has not kept up with basic maintenance, and what was once a strong foundation now feels outdated, especially in terms of furniture and kitchen facilities. Based on our experience, I dont believe it should still be referred to as a 'hotel'. We stayed as a family of five during our Christmas holiday trip.Upon arrival, the fridge was unavailable and still being cleaned. The dishwasher contained plates and bowls left by previous guests. The kitchen drawers were empty—there were no drink cups, coffee cups, forks, teaspoons, or other essential items. When I informed the receptionist, he kindly helped me locate some forks and plates, but the quality was subpar and not hotel-grade. Additionally, no tea towel or dishwasher liquid was provided. There was a bowl with instant coffee bags, but it was broken with a visible crack. There were no tea bags or hot chocolate, and the milk provided was in small tubes, which were not fresh and tasted unpleasant. The following morning, ants were visible behind the microwave. Thankfully, the receptionist promptly addressed this issue.The living room lighting was insufficient, with only one ceiling light. A floor lamp next to the sofa would greatly improve the ambiance and functionality. Despite being a family of five, we were provided only three bath towels and then asked for extra two. The dining table had only three chairs.The mattresses were of extremely poor quality, with springs that could be felt without even lying down. Both my mother and I had an uncomfortable, sleepless night due to this issue.Although the receptionist promptly replaced the mattress upon my complaint, this problem should not occur in the first place. Such feedback must have been provided by previous guests, and the hotel should have taken proactive measures to replace all substandard mattresses.
