Wonderful stay by the sea...

Liked: Wonderful location on the sea front so close to lots of attractions. Beautifully decorated and rooms exceptional. We stayed in the sea view suite and it was superb.

Liked: Hotel is perfect, really clean, comfortable and great location. Even have a VIP entrance to pleasure beach if you have prebought tickets.
Disliked: The extra charge for the car park. Already paying a good amount to stay at the hotel and then you get charged £25 to use the carpark.

Disliked: Does not accept cash. Won't return.

Liked: We have stayed here before and will be the only place we will stay when we visit Blackpool.

Liked: Beautiful bathroom facilities, very clean, great size TV, friendly staff, hot chocolate and tea available in the room and no noise.
Disliked: TV wouldn’t come on in the morning, paying a £100 deposit at reception (wasn’t made aware before staying) bed and pillows was very firm but still a good night sleep.
