A truly relaxing break in...

Liked: Interior designAdults onlyOn sight restaurantVery quiet, seemed to have only a few guests.
Disliked: As the hotel was particularly quiet, we managed to secure a car parking space opposite the entrance.My daughter has an unseen disability and uses an electric wheelchair therefore has a blue badge The car parking fee is £25 per day I felt was extortionate and the most expensive I have ever experienced.

Would definitely stay again if...

Liked: Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious with all the facilities you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel. Shower was amazing with instant hot water. Towels and bedding were luxurious standard.
Disliked: Not really that much parking is expensive but the it’s expensive everywhere in Blackpool.

Great hotel with excellent staff

Liked: Very nice new hotel. Room was cosy and nicely furnished. Restaurant was spacious and food was good. Personnel, particularly in the restaurant, were excellent.
Disliked: Nothing

Excellent stay, well located, modern...

Liked: Location was great. Exceptional clean and tidy
Disliked: Bed not quite right firmness for me. Personal choice though and would not stop me coming again. On site car park is too expensive £25 for 1 night.

Lovely

Liked: I wanted to upgrade to the suite with sea view as I wanted to have lunch on the balcony. The staff made a speedy effort to get the balcony furniture to us very promptly.
Disliked: The only fault was the room was a little dusty, this could have been because it was made up several days ago and nobody had stayed in it for a while. We were not expected to stay in it as I upgrade at the time.
