Disliked: For a high end Disney resort I expected better!. For starters the mattresses were horrific! The bed mattress was worn and soft . The sofa bed was smashed into the coils( was literally pancaked) should Have been remodeled years ago. Not impressed at al

Liked: We rented the two room suite in the villas and it was absolutely perfect for a family stay. The hotel itself is immaculate staff is wonderfully helpful as you would expect anything Disney to be and getting to and from the Parks was as easy.

Liked: The hotel was clean, the service was great, the food was good, the pools and sandy areas were great. It was perfect for the kids and the boat service to the Magic Kingdom was outstanding. The optional boat rentals on site were also a nice touch.
Disliked: The only thing that would be nice is an optional restraint in the villas.
