Convenient location
Liked: My husband had a back operation at Boulcott Hospital. The location was ideal for me to be so close to the hospital.

Liked: Modern building. LookedOK in advert but poorly run. Never saw a member of staff!
Disliked: Parking difficult. Told to park anywhere! Reception closed when we arrived at 6.05.pm Customer service none existent . Only place we have stayed in our 6 week tour of NZ that didn’t provide milk! TV not working. Heating intermittent. Specifically booked it because it advertised it had a laundry. However this closed at 2:30 pm (check in after 3pm) and although it stated it re opened at 8:30am it wasn’t actually accessible until after checkout as reception wasn’t open until 10am ….so fundamentally you couldn’t access it on a one night stay at all. Worse place we have stayed in during our trip to NZ. Very poor value for money.

Perfect place to stay comfortable...
Liked: It was clean comfortable and private with excellent storage I always find it difficult to fit My luggage away which makes me feel like my room doesn't feel tidy but boulcott lodge had perfect storage ability to watch Netflix or sky tv comfy bed and throw came back to my room all my needs met clean towels they even did my rinsed dishes lovely private little deck and loved that the room was dark still in the morning so I could sleep well all round a favourite and close to our family and the city will be staying again I did have to check out a day early as my son had a medical emergency but for the one night we got to stay it was well suited to all our needs and staff were also friendly.very clean and tidy.
Disliked: No complaints here
