Liked: The beauty, the comfort, the food, the spa and the location.
Disliked: Not a lot of vegetarian choice for day dining

Liked: Everything is very clean and beautiful, the staff is very nice too!
Disliked: The only negative thing is the spa, the hammam steambath is absolutely not warm enough. You should really be sweating and be wet. I am a lover of steambath so I m saying this so it does get better soon☺️

Disliked: Rooms too simple, missing botanic flair (plastic plants), SPA very basic and hospital like, not cozy, breakfast standard

Liked: Location, the staff, the style of the hotel, the breakfast and the bar in the evening.
Disliked: Room could have been bigger.

Liked: A historic building with great hospitality. Good location.
Disliked: Difficults in booking for some of the restaurants.

Disappointing…

Liked: Nice accommodation overall
Disliked: I booked a deluxe room under the assumption that there would be a bath. Photo 12 of 13 of the room clearly shows a bath. However, to our disappointment there was no bath. I called the hotel for a resolution. Although they agreed this information is misleading, they did not offer reasonable resolution. Not something I expect of a 5 star hotel. I won’t be back.
