Liked: Really gorgeous hotel, spa is great, one of the best I’ve been in. Rooms are lovely. Great location. Loads of bars, restaurants and cafes close by (1-10 mins walk) and even more further out.
Disliked: Check in took way too long, over half an hour. We had a glass of champagne which is lovely but they clearly couldn’t handle check in time. Some of the staff weren’t great, they weren’t very friendly or warm, borderline rude. One of the saunas and steam room wasn’t working. For such a prestigious (and expensive) hotel, I was expecting more. I travel a lot and have stayed in many 5* spa hotels, the experience didn’t quite match up. I would still recommend the hotel but caveat with these points.

Liked: Perfect hotel, addorable stuff, SPA, and gym functioning
Disliked: The laundry services are particularly expensive, and although I didn't ask, they ironed my clothes. I paid about 130 euros!
