Liked: Lovely grounds. Nice bar. Good restaurant offer and surroundings
Disliked: No air con in room. Was roasting even in winter. Beds are ok

Disliked: Room very tired. Some lights not working in both bedroom and bathroom so very dim feeling room. Appeared no effort by facilities department to replace them.Very noisy guests above, obviously unavoidable but floor very thin with children running around.On arrival to hotel the receptionist wasn’t particularly welcoming and little direction or assistance regarding the hotel itself.

Liked: Location and plenty of parking. Style and decor of hotel. Good food and facilities
Disliked: Bedroom needs renovation especially the window as it couldn’t be shut due to rotted wood. First day at breakfast the girl took our room number but then disappeared saying nothing (big notice saying ‘wait to be seated’)Second morning another woman was there who explained everything and was welcoming and friendly as you’d expect (shame about the previous day!)
