Fantastic trip with great food...

Liked: Location was perfect, restauarant was fabulous the food and waiting staff was excellent and small bar was just perfect
Disliked: Unfortunately we didn’t have a room with a view

Liked: Polite staff, nice view, good heating, quality and fresh linen, very good breakfast that you order from the menu
Disliked: Everything in the room felt old, the hot water flow in the bathroom was super thin, the shower was clogged. Very poor sound isolation, we heard every word from our neighbors. Parking only has ~6 spots that are filled with the restaurant visitors. Overall, we felt like it was not worth the money

Lovely short stay

Liked: The views. Reception, restaurant staff and cleaner were very pleasant, and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent. We would go back.

Liked: Very picturesque, lovely room. Close to everything you need. Amazing breakfast with vegan options!
Disliked: The set of stairs may be a problem for some people.

Liked: The room was lovely and clean.
Disliked: We went to the bar before our special event. We wanted a cocktail however told (rudely and abruptly) that "we don't do cocktails ". We then asked for a bottle of champagne however we stopped the girl who was opening a bottle of prosecco stating that it was champagne we had ordered to which she responded " it's the same thing" . We then asked for a round of drinks to be told " we haven't got any vodka left" we advice the girl that the shop across the road sold it but she declined. The bar experience really let the place down because otherwise it's a lovely hotel was lovely in a great place.
