Ruined by rude staff

Liked: Only positive is it’s clean.
Disliked: The staff are so disgustingly rude and racist to none whites, made us feel very unwelcome and lie a lot.we booked a balcony room when arrived were told no balcony rooms even though still shows on booking.com balcony rooms available.

Liked: Very good value Large room plenty of space for a family
Disliked: The room was right next to the corridor door which when shutting was very loud. Was a lot of in and out the first night which disturbed sleep a little. Also, the outside lights were on all night right above the window so the room wasn’t overly dark even with the curtains shut right to. Nothing major though.
