Smooth and easy

Liked: Nice location , less than 30 min from the airport. The swimming pool is nicely warm , after a days of meetings this is comfortable

Liked: The room very spacious and clean.
Disliked: Went to breakfast buffet. The waiter never asked if wed been there before? Didn't tell us about the food or the omelet station? The buffet food was Cold not sure iif the chaffers were even hot. The setup was very confusing the toaster was next to omelet bar so you couldn't use the toaster if people were waiting for food The buffet was Differently Not !! worth the Price 25.00 per person! The waiter never came back to ask if we wanted more coffee or anything not very efficient for such a big company . Sorry I was very disappointed.

Suspected Mold in Lower Level...

Liked: The hotel was generally nice as you'd expect for the type of facility & rates, etc. and we were particularly excited to see the grounds with all the green space given we were traveling with a dog.
Disliked: Upon entering the room which was on the lowest level, my sister and I noticed a bit of a musty smell which obviously wasn't ideal but we were both not in the mood to try to ask for a different room and figured we could deal with it for one night... however, we both woke up feeling really unwell which carried through the entirety of the next day and aligned with what we saw online as symptoms of mold exposure! Definitely cannot recommend staying here which is a real shame given the other benefits. I'm also seeing other reviews suggesting that travelers with dogs are only able to stay in those lower levels with musty smells which is also a bit frustrating given the fee and I wish I had seen that prior to booking.
