Disappointing

Liked: Location and clean
Disliked: The room we booked was not available. I was a unable to fit our party of four in the room. The room was also $500 for two nights as opposed to $1,200 through booking.com. There were only two towels in the room both nights for four guests and one small bar of soap. After calling for towels we came home from dinner to no towels having been delivered. The maid who cleaned our room did not dump the garbage cans nor did she leave towels or soap. We had to call twice to have it delivered. She only made one bed.

Disliked: The hot tub was broken, we were so looking forward to that in the middle of the snowstorm! :(
