Disliked: unfortunately, the experience fell short due to the room's lack of cleanliness and poor ventilation. When I first entered, the room had a musty odor that didn’t dissipate, likely because there was no ventilation in the bathroom. This made the entire space feel damp and uncomfortable.Upon closer inspection, I noticed multiple cleanliness issues that should have been addressed. There were food splatters on the wall and ceiling, which is something that shouldn't be overlooked in basic cleaning. Some of the pillowcases and even a couple of pillows themselves had stains, which made me question the overall hygiene of the bedding.These issues could be easily solved by more attention to detail and a thorough room inspection before guests arrive. I'd strongly suggest that management considers improving both the cleaning standards and the inspection process, as this would make a huge difference in the guest experience. The property itself has potential, but it’s clear that the cleaning procedures need significant improvement.

Liked: Ease of check in. Nice room with a fridge. Right outside was the Train. And a mailbox so I could post letters. Great central location.. Duck!! Nice pen/paper, for addressing those cards. Ooh, and we were kinda wishing we had eaten in the hotel restaurant! Food looked tasty/ drinks were good.
Disliked: Not sure what could have been better, staff was welcoming & helpful, the room seemed a bit dated but we’re ok with that, it was clean, good location. And that’s it n a nutshell

Liked: Beds were very comfortable, location was great and there were some complimentary “treats” for the guests at the lobby, such as Halloween candies, cookies & apple cider. Very fall-ish.
Disliked: One of our rooms smelled a bit like cigarette…
