Liked: Staff was above and beyond, always super helpful and nice!
Disliked: Temperature in the hotel was extremely high, we felt like burning at night, A/C not working properly, 2nd night we had to leave a window open and still felt hot and sweaty, was uncomfortable to walk around also, thermostat needs to be readjusted. We came from FL and still felt it.Breakfast was not included in the tariff, a little too expensive for a basic breakfast $25. Omelets station was fantastic.Internet is not free. First time I ever seen this. Location was not close to places of interest.

Liked: The girl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Room was perfectly clean and the bed was so comfortable I didnt want to get up.

Disliked: My Family is vegetarian (no meat, no egg, no fish), There are hardly any options for vegetarian except fruits.In washroom, there were sliding glass door, we were afraid were not stable & sliding very often.

Disliked: My mother was disabled and we were stuck on the 6th floor. If I knew I would have brought her wheelchair. Also parking is far awày from the entrance making it difficult to push her to the car with the snow storm.
