Central hotel that tries to...

Liked: Central location close to S-Bahn, value for money ok
Disliked: Room was big but seemed sterile, very empty and without decorations. Facilities in poor maintenance: Sink was leaking, balcony door was somewhat broken. Staff seemed a bit clueless.
