Disliked: The pictures arnt accurate found it dated and not what I expected, no heating control in the room and it was boiling. Room and bathroom could have done with a clean.

Disliked: Reception staff pleasant & courteous. Both our single rooms were on the front & due to continous traffic noise, could not open the window for fresh air, so very stuffy during the night. I felt we were put there as we were two gents only staying for one night. Very small rooms, very basic & very tired. Kettle had to be boiled on the floor as flex too short to be placed on the table top. Bathroom in a very poor state of service. Mould in the shower & around the base. Basin had small crack which had collected dirt. No heat from the towel rail & no way of switching it on. No plastic beaker or glass for water at night. Very worn carpet. Pillows very thin with no support. Bed very lumpy but at least it had a clean sheet! Went out for dinner but returned for a decent coffee in the bar. My friends cappuccino was okay, my flat white was cold, had to request a hot drink. What arrived was just an instant coffee with milk that had been microwaved. Very poor quality.
