Disliked: the toilet was dirty, the amenities are very bare, looking outside my window was depressing - I’ve stayed at this hotel 4-5 times in the last 5 years and this will be my last.it always looks unfinished no matter what floor or room you’re in - the coffee from the hotel was disgusting. If you’re going to charge what you’re charging you need to level up. It’s very obvious why new yorkers don’t stay here and it’s tourists onlythe location is close to the train but the area was shady, I had an unwell woman spit on me

Liked: Simple and easy! They had everything I needed for my short weekend trip.
Disliked: The bed was a bit firm for my taste but not uncomfortable. Stayed in a simple king studio, no balcony. Otherwise, 10/10!

Liked: The hotel is very beautiful and correspond to the pictures. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable! The wifi connexion was quite good and the view on Manhattan was breathtaking.
Disliked: The staff was not very serious if we consider the price of the hotel.
