Disliked: - Out dated room, bathroom could use a deep clean (bleach). This does not match 4 star hotel. - Noisy street as its in the centre, make sure you bring your earplugs!

While it seemed promising, given...

Liked: Good location. Clean, albeit dated, rooms.
Disliked: I asked to stay on for an additional night, and they would only do so at a price double the prior rate. This was rather embarrassing, given it’s now mid-afternoon and they still have availability. Moreover, I’ve shifted to another, higher rated hotel, 500m away. It is far cleaner and more up to date, better located and even less expensive than my original rate. There were about a half dozen properties also nearby that offered similar rates. Very silly business model, inconveniencing customers in a competitive market.
