Disliked: Entrance stairs and hall needs to be cleaned and smelled like cigarette so even if it’s non smoking 100% people smoking in there. Also very strong smell of cooking inside

Liked: I travel a lot and I can honestly say, I have never been treated with such thoughtfulness and kindness as I was at Borden Inn! I was booked for the night, but got into town at 10 am, HOURS before check-in time. I stopped in to see if there was any way I could get in early, and to my absolute shock, Savan said he was going to immediately clean my room and he could get me in within 30 minutes!! I offered him money for the extra time in the room and he very kindly refused. By far the best treatment I have ever had at a hotel or motel. If I am ever back in the area, I will 100% return!!
Disliked: Maybe a topper could be added to the mattress to make it softer.
