Nice cheap room. TV and...

Liked: Parking was close to the room. We were on first floor, but we are ok with stairs. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Disliked: For the price charged cannot complain about anything really. We were fine with the stairs to our room, not sure whether this is mentioned when booking. Could be an issue for some people

Disliked: One of our room cards stopped working so didn’t have access to one of our rooms for a night so we had to all sleep in one room, then when we asked for a refund on that room we have to email someone with bank details and Id to get a refund but can’t get one at reception which was very annoying.
