Great but could use some...

Liked: Room was nice and clean. Room was good size also. Tea and coffee facilities in room were great. Lighting was also nice in the room. Leisure facilities were amazing.
Disliked: Bed we had was horrendous. Two single beds put together so there was a horrible hard dip in the middle. Towels and linen stained in places.No phone in the room so had no contact with reception for room service etc. We did bring this up with reception and was told she would ask her manager about it but no one ever came to assist with this. Croft restaurant attached to the hotel was mediocre but the mcgettigans restaurant made up for this on the second night. Great food and atmosphere.

Lovely hotel, great location, good...

Liked: Did not have breakfast. Enjoyed a couple of evening meals but very expensive for bar meals - but that's Dublin! The Croft bar was very nice - and the staff were lovely- especially Joe
Disliked: Too many contractors staying in the hotel and bar - got a little too loud in the bar and crowds of smokers at the entrance. Also made parking a challenge. Doors slamming late at night
