An absolutely fantastic stay in...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate for our needs and my wife loved the glass of sparkly available. The location of the hotel was absolutely first class and all the staff were polite & very professional. Room was lovely and spotlessly clean.Excellent hotel and fantastic value for money.Would definitely return.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything except perhaps the room temperature could have been slightly lower.

Liked: Excellent central location. Fantastic suite. Super friendly, welcoming and efficient staff.
Disliked: This was our second stay and during the first stay we were disappointed by the breakfast offered and the price for what it was. We chose to breakfast elsewhere this time but of course the breakfasts may have improved.

Disliked: Spa was freezing cold, steam room didn’t actually work, no rotation on breakfast, didn’t really feel like a guest most of the time, just like someone off the street (when in bar / at restaurant)

Excellent hotel, ideally situated

Liked: This is an excellent hotel situated in the centre of Krakow and within easy walking distance of the Main and New Square and the Jewish Quarter. The staff are totally efficient and very helpful and pleasant - nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed the ambiance and the suite that we had was incredibly comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing - could not really criticize anything.
