Disliked: Unfriendly, unwelcoming, rude reception. Except for the Colombian gentleman, he was accommodating and kind.Breakfast staff also not very pleasant. Food was finished an hour before closing and only scraps to eat.Housekeeping loud, disruptive and aggressive.

Liked: The best things about Boma are the unique, African-inspired design and the location directly in the heart of the city. Rooms are big enough for 2, with a cozy and warm atmosphere due to a nice color concept and use of different fabrics. You have a water kettle and different kinds of tea to serve yourself and you can drink soft drinks from the fridge for free - I really love such details. Also, you can use lockers for the luggage if you want to leave them while waiting for your trip.Once you leave the hotel, you are directly in pedestrian zone and can reach the most important sights in less than 15 minutes. In the same street are nice restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery and shops. So everything perfect!

Liked: The Location was perfect. It was close to every major attraction. Many boulangeries, cafes and restaurants in less than 5 minutes.Also the hotel itself was clean and modern!

Liked: Location very central. Bed extremely comfortable and room appeared to be cleaned and tidied very well. Excellent luggage storage facilities, excellent check out times. Most importantly, a fantastic receptionist/concierge at the desk. Very very helpful, police and cheerful!
Disliked: Difficult to work the air conditioning so opened the window for ventilation. Unfortunately smoke from nearby room came into our room in the morning.
