Never again

Liked: I specifically booked a hotel with parking, on arrival there was none as people attending a football match had been allowed to use it. I asked where I was to park to be told ‘drive round and find somewhere’ I ended up having to park off site and then going out again to collect my car and drive back to the hotel. One of the lifts was also out of order so between waiting for that, finding somewhere to park and then having g to retrieve my car I lost 2 hours of my day. Not impressed at all

Nice stay, good location

Liked: Clean, bathroom nice and clean no mould anywhere!. Staff were great.Room was lovely and bigger than expected.

Liked: Polite staff. Good facilities. If you are thinking of breakfast. Book online, it was 12 pounds when I was booking the room and I thought I would see and pay at the restaurant. It's 15 pounds at the reception of the hotel and 17 pounds at the restaurant itself. Breakfast was alright. Overall I would like to stay again if an opportunity arises
