Very good would concider staying...

Liked: Bar staff were fabulous, very professional. Meals were wonderful.First night was very poor due to the people above us. I have mobility problems so requested a ground floor room. Guess it does have it's drawback. Second night was great, was told no body above us.
Disliked: Noisy flooring, but can't be helped I guess. If we stay there again I think I would try to maneuver the stairs.

Liked: food in restaurant was good. most staff were lovely.
Disliked: one staff member was quite rude, (I think it was the owner) not great customer service. beds quite uncomfortable.

Exceptional

Good for room only overnight...

Liked: Quiet, clean, comfortable, easy access from M4. Reception closes at 11pm, we had a late arrival but Robert was very accommodating and let our son pick up the key for us during the day.
Disliked: Found out in the morning that they do not serve breakfast. Many of the reviews mentioned how good the breakfast was so this was a bit of a surprise. Robert did offer us coffee and toast. Double checked my booking on returning home and found that it did mention room only, so my fault I'd missed this, but still disappointed as we'd want a bed & breakfast booking.
