Great place to stay in...

Liked: Loved the room but the staff on reception were brilliant!Friendly,helpful,answered all our questions and were always willing to help with a smile!And they made good coffee too!It is the reception staff that would bring me back!
Disliked: Was disappointed there wasnt a fridge in the room,that would have made it perfect!

Exceptional

Liked: The room was big, modern and clean. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Amazing price-quality ratio.
Disliked: It's around 10 min walk from public transportation.

Nice hotel away from the...

Liked: The hotel's location is quite good, 7-8 minutes walking distance to Giesing Metro station and it takes 20-25 minutes in total to get to the city center (central train station) by metro (U2), there are markets and other facilities nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, they made their best to make you glad during the stay. The bed is comfortable, room make-up is done daily. There is no restaurant inside the hotel, only daily breakfast is served which includes various delicious alternatives. The kitchen (in deluxe studio room) is small but useful. I can recommend the hote by considering price performance.
Disliked: There was a problem with the central air conditioning system in the room on the day we checked in and unfortunately it could not be fixed during the stay. Thanks to staff that they provided a heater to make the room comfortable.

Liked: It is a nice boutique hotel with classy interior. The staff is very very sweet and helpful. Would decently recommend
Disliked: The location is a little far (10-15min walk) from the transport station.
