The price worthwhile

Liked: I like the fact that the staff went above and beyond to make me and my significant other happy with our stay. My initial rooms ac did not operate comfortably and the staff took me to two different rooms and finally satisfied with giving me the best possible room which happened to have been one of their best suites. I had a unforgettable moment at the Bokài and I owe it all to the consideration of the thoughtful staff. I think they need a raise.

Liked: None.On the booking web page, there was a "shuttle service" shown. But when I was in LAX and called the hotel and I was told there is no shuttle service because management has been changed. It was a cheating act. I want my money back.
Disliked: I do not like the dishonest of the hotel and the "booking.com". I am still keeping the webpage saying free "shuttle service", but really there is no shuttle service at all. I want my money back.
