A pearl in the heart...

Liked: I really liked the staff. The hospitality was exceptional even late in the evenings. Very clean hotel and great wifi reception fast check in- & check out. Central location near to the metro station. It is a quite hotel good for recreation after a busy day.
Disliked: My personal preference for the an outstanding mattress would have been a bit softer maybe thicker. I still had a good night sleep as it is very quiet.

Loved my stay!!

Liked: Everything! Super quick service and excellent staff. Excellent location. Easy walk to everything.
Disliked: The bathroom set up. They have glasses in the bathroom- which is fine. But there is a large gap between the vanity top and the back wall. They place the glass very close to the edge. Very easy for the glasses to get pushed, fall through the gap and shatter! That’s exactly what happened. Also, you will find yourself walking into the bathroom glass wall at least once!! Otherwise everything was great!

Liked: Lovely luxurious hotel. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Room exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. Location fantastic - just 2 minutes to the Powder Tower.
Disliked: Nothing.

Fantastic hotel right in the...

Liked: The staff were very friendly, in particular the bar staff and the staff serving breakfast. The room was very clean, modern, spacious and luxurious. The bathroom was huge, with a standalone bath, separate shower and separate toilet. The location of the hotel was perfect. Right in the centre of town, without the traffic noise but within walking distance to everything. Only 40 mins drive out to the airport. Breakfast was very good value to, at 22 euros, a full cold buffet with a choice of a hot dish from the menu, served to the table.
Disliked: Its very difficult to pick a fault. The only thing I'd change is I'd make the glass doors on the toilet area fully non-see through. Its fine when the other person is in the bedroom but if they're also in the bathroom they can see the toilet.
