Liked: This hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms are amazing and decorated in an old style which is really cool. The one I stayed in was spacious and warm. The bathroom had a jacuzzi type bath which was awesome. The best thing about this hotel is the amazing staff that look after you from the moment you arrive. The girls at reception were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were amazing and extremely friendly and polite. Everything about the restaurant service was phenomenal. The food was definitely 5 star and the local beer was very good. The swimming pool area and sauna was so relaxing. It was quiet both times I went to have a swim which was a bonus. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in on my travels around Europe. Would recommend you stay there when visiting Bydgoszcz.
Disliked: That I had to leave to come back home.

The pool was warm, impeccably clean, and inviting—a perfect spot to unwind.A special thank you to the staff for their outstanding service in mailing us the items we had accidentally left behind. Liked: I had that unique sense of calm atmosphere and it was very relaxing. Staff in the restaurant was professional and not too pushy and react quickly when needed and even faster when don’t. Food was good. Sits comfy. All experience reminded me vibe in Groucho Club in Soho. Where we often stay and dine
Disliked: Small the that was not visible from the bed Clock in spa not adjusted after autumn time change which cut our time in spa .. other then that all good to me. Wife complained about some allergens in the room she couldn’t sleep ( not sure if animals are allowed) but that would be it

Liked: Fabulous luxury decor and wonderfully perfumed reception area. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Great food, especially the spectacular Molecular Ice Cream

Liked: Staff are exceptionally professional and friendly. Restaurant is excellent. Our second visit and shall be coming back.

Disappointed

Liked: Clean, beautiful rooms and good location
Disliked: This was supposed to be the most relaxing part of my holiday. The Wi Fi didn’t work for me, only occasionally and on and off, which made it really hard. When I wanted to use the spa, I was told that someone had reserved the spa for exclusive access. So I had only 50 minutes to use it. This was really disappointing. Most staff members were nice apart from one I found a bit rude which was also disappointing.
