Full of potential but disappointing...

Liked: The room itself was lovely on first impressions. Great size room and bed with lovely marina views. Decent size balcony and large bathroom as well. So off to a good start.
Disliked: On closer inspection there were 3 overripe bananas found behind one of the curtains. The dressing stool was found to be very unstable. The TV ariel reception was very patchy. There was a dirty ashtray left on the balcony. The bathroom ceiling was obviously undergoing repairs and the small towel holder was hanging off the wall. Bathroom mirror light did not work and some areas could certainly be improved on cleanliness. The labeling on toiletries was worn and non-existent on one bottle. Strange mechanical noises were disturbing when first heard in the morning. The Continental breakfast options had practically run out on the second day with an hour still to go.
