Good for what we needed

Liked: location was good for what we needed, free parking was great, room comfortable and clean, and dark to sleep in
Disliked: remote control batteries weren't working, but got replaced when asked, tv lacking in choice (connecting to streaming services would be good), breakfast ok for a buffet style, but not very hot

Liked: Staff all excellent and very friendly. Checked in very promptly by a very polite young man. Service & food at breakfast was first class. Plenty of choice and was able to order poached eggs with my breakfast. Bed extremely comfortable
Disliked: Walls in room needed a lick of paint and floor in bathroom had a very big hollow in floor

Disliked: The pillows. Nothing in them. Need to invest in better pillows.

Excellent, will be back again

Liked: We have used this hotel a number of times now and come back because of the staff, they’re always pleasant and helpful
Disliked: 1st world problems I know but being Scottish I prefer beef sausages to pork, which is what you get here at breakfast time… other than that I can’t fault the place
