Liked: The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was very good, quality food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Amazing customer service at the property, can’t comment on breakfast as left early to get to airport but the room was clean tidy and well worth the money

Good value for money. Room...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Tasty bar meal/ drinks. Comfortable bed. Good location for access to shops/ town) bus station. Good value for money.
Disliked: More staff needed... only one on duty. Breakfast routine/ seating/ service was not explained. Poor girl on duty was working seeing to everything.Better soundproofing in bedrooms... woken early by couple next door ( thought our headboard was on the move!!!)

Liked: Room clean and tidy and lovely and warm.Breakfast was very good with a selection of items.The room had secondary glazing and despite being on a busy road it was very quiet.
Disliked: I couldn't get the mixer tap to change from tap to shower.We were on the top floor which luckily wasn't a problem for us to climb but could have been for a young family or those with mobility issues

Very cold

Liked: The cleaniess was very good and the location of the hotel was brilliant.
Disliked: No lift and I struggle with the stairs, it was very cold, I asked for the heating to be turned on and extra blankets but the heating wasn't turned on until the following day when I complained again.
