Liked: Nice place rooms where bit hot but OK once we turned the heating off.

Central location. Few issues though.

Liked: Central location to the town, pubs and clubs.
Disliked: There were several issues with the room. No teaspoon to stir the coffee mugs which resulted in me having to use the bottom end of my toothbrush to stir the mugs. The room was damp and the walls also. Wall paper coming off wall behind the curtains. Window handle was broken and very dodgy to open. There were pigeons nesting right outside the window which made it very hard to sleep. Although, the mattress was very comfy. The room was freezing cold as the radiator didn’t work, which is probably why the room was damp and why the curtain rail was very rusty. There was rubbish under the bed and behind the bedside table. No handle on the dressing table drawer which resulted in it being difficult to open. The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was flaking off and mouldy. There was hardly any pressure coming from the shower head. Only a quarter of a toilet roll was in the bathroom - no spare toilet roll either. Was going to mention all of these issues on checkout but there was no one at the desk. I will stay here again as I’ve stayed a few times in the past, but they really need to address the issues in room 21.
