Liked: The staff was awesome! I accidentally threw my car keys down the trash chute, the engineer and someone else really went floor to floor to try and find where they were and fortunately someone else had threw a pizza box down it and it had got stuck and my keys was stuck on it. They went above and beyond for me and they really didn’t have to!

Great deal for the location,...

Liked: The front desk staff addressed me by first name, we felt super welcomed and like we were the only guests in the hotel (perhaps true for a Tuesday night?). Room upgrade is clutch, we also liked to have the restaurant downstairs for a late meal and the jacuzzi after a 26 miles hike.
Disliked: the problem when traveling off season is that the will be doing maintenance in the building, we did not consider it a big deal but we can see how others might disagree.

Easy access to beach/boardwalk, clean...

Liked: This had to be the friendliest staff ever. From the janitorial staff to the security team to the manager making the rounds, everyone went out of their way to say hi to us and hold doors for me with the stroller, chat with my outgoing kindergartener, and point us in the right direction.
Disliked: The photos of the suites don’t accurately tell you that the one bedroom is an entirely for rent hotel room, but thankfully we could make it work.

Liked: We stay here every year- at least for 15+ years. Always a wonderful place to stay. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect. The rooms are immaculate .
