Liked: While the staff were all friendly, Raquel at the front desk, made the stay wonderful. She’s very welcoming, knowledgeable about the property, accommodating, and always a pleasant encounter. Room was very nice, comfortable bed, plenty of room with a beautiful view.
Disliked: Nothing

This is the place!!

Liked: I couldn't be happier with the 2 nights we stayed at the Boardwalk Resort and villas! The room was clean & up to date and had everything we needed. The amazing view was a huge bonus!! The location is perfect, near everything you could need and the words right on the beach mean exactly that!! Truly the best part was how welcoming and helpful the staff is. Victoria, especially, was as good as it gets! She is a gem and should be recognized for her work ethic and customer service! My little guy kept saying, "she should be your best friend" There is no question this is where we will stay everytime we go back to Virginia Beach!!

Liked: Pool and jacuzzi were working. Staff is friendly. Game room was fun
Disliked: WiFi was down, unable to use. The work out room was closed due to maintenance. Unable to use dish washer and it was pushed so far under the counter top you couldn’t press the buttons to run it.
