Poor

Disliked: The pool did not work and when I called earlier they said yes they have a pool We had toilet problems with the flushing. Cable did not work she can up stairs after almost a hr she got it to work 30 minutes later stopped working

Very nice, clean, friendly.

Liked: Not a lot of bells and whistles but it was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: We came with the intention of spending some time in the pool; however, the pool was closed and we had not been notified that it was closed - that was disappointing.

Great Hotel in this area!

Liked: There aren’t many hotel options in Shawano, it’s a small town! This hotel was definitely nicer than any other we drove past! It was clean, the rooms were large, the beds were comfortable. It’s a little older, more dated, but the linens were all fresh white which I appreciated. Overall it was a good stay. The other perk is this isn’t far off the main road and there is an incredible little restaurant literally in the same parking lot! That was super convenient for breakfast!
Disliked: In all fairness, this was not necessarily their fault, but someone brought a kid with GLASS swim goggles that broke in their pool! More upset at those parents in all honesty. The pool, needless to say, was closed…it’s going to cost the hotel a pretty penny to drain and clean. Thankfully, we were not in it for the pool on this leg of our trip. They also had issues with a card reader on the side of the building that would have provided more convenient access to our room, but again….not a huge deal for me!

Quiet, convienent, and reasonably priced.

Liked: Love the 24 hr coffee station in lobby!
Disliked: Bed was very firm. Some may like it was just way too firm for my liking. Was on third floor and there was no ice machine had to go down to 1st or 2nd floor for ice.
