Liked: Ease of access to Volga River Recreation Area.
Disliked: Check in was dreadful, way overrated and overpriced. Front desk staff need to have additional training.

A perfect home base for...

Liked: Good location for our stay while conducting business in West Union, Iowa. Close to West Union, Iowa, and much better than any hotel/motel in West Union.Attractive lobby and comfortable room.Above average breakfast.
Disliked: My one and only complaint was that the hotel's wi-fi was not password protected. I did not feel secure on the internet and used only my phone to connect.
