Disliked: Do not disturb was put on the door and the front desk person called the room phone, cell phone, knocked and tried entering room cuz the previous desk worker mentioned I was checking out a day sooner and expected a refund

Liked: Very friendly staff. Greeting, check in, offers of assistance - overall very positive interaction.
Disliked: Dirty bathroom. Very disappointing. Sink was filthy, with used dental floss in it.... did I say more? I was on a cross country bicycle trip, arrived exhausted after another 100+ mile day on the bike, it was late, I did not want to protest. Had to get up early for another 100 mile ride so just crashed. But the room I was given obviously was not cleaned...
