We did not feel safe. Rooms were small. No restaurant. Went to another hotel.
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Not what I expected from the pictures.

Great for Universal
Liked: Comfortable bed and very spacious. Well located for Universal. Staff were generally friendly - just one man wasn’t too helpful.
Disliked: Area isn’t so great and rooms need updating as tiles are chipped and stained. I believe this is underway though.

Liked: Close to the freeway
Disliked: The room was very run down and a little dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped. The paint was coming off the walls, there were no baseboards so it just looked like someone ripped them off, the couch looked really dirty and had holes in it. The deadbolt didn’t lock, the bathroom counter had large chips taken out of it. The air conditioner was a portable unit, they cut a hole in the wall to vent. The bed was old and hard and the right side was so worn if you slept toward the edge you would fall off the bed. We got up early to leave and thank goodness we did because the building was on fire and they did not activate the fire alarms and people were evacuating them selves. It was bad and scary. The guy at the front desk wasn’t doing anything to guide people he was just standing there outside watching the fire trucks pull up. It was scary. It’s not a 10 min walk to universal. It’s a 10 min walk to the free shuttle that will take you to Universal. Definitely had false advertising with the rooms and being walking distance to universal
