PET FRIENDLY
Liked: They are pet friendly. They prefer under 40lbs but there was no weight limits on booking.com so excepted him without a thought. Super nice staff.

Liked: Location to my event.
Disliked: Motel was undergoing major renovations. Very little parking because of huge storage containers throughout property. I don’t know why this information was not included on the motel or Booking.Com websites. . Although our room had been renovated, there was construction debris in the heating/cooling component. TV remote did not work. A staff member did come to our room and eventually solved the problem, but later in the evening when we returned from our event the remote would not operate TV again. I did not bother to call front desk this time. Very dissatisfied with all aspects of this motel stay.

Liked: The bed was soft.
Disliked: The place is dated hence the reason they are undergoing major renovations. It's dirty. It stinks. It seems to me as if they should be closed while remodeling. There is construction, dirt, debree, dust, odor, noise throughout the entire hotel. Had I known this prior to paying, I would not have stayed. I tried to ask for my money back as soon as I started checking in and realizing the reality of the situation. I was told since I booked through a 3rd party, they could not refund me or cancel the reservation.
