The woman at the desk...

Liked: The location was great for the event that I attended and for the restaurant at which I had reservations.
Disliked: The computer system was down for quite awhile when I arrived. Check in was at 4 and I had called the day before to ask for a slightly early check in. I arrived at 3:15pm and was not checked in until 5pm. My friends came to pick me up at 5pm to attend a memorial service. I had to get ready in the bathroom and store my luggage in case I would've had to check in after I returned from the event. Since check in was available right when my friends came to pick me up, they had to wait for me and we were late to the event. It was stressful and inconvenient, especially since I had driven a long way to get there.
