This hotel is everything it...
Liked: Very comfortable room. We liked the heat being on when we arrived as it was chilly outside. The breakfast was okay. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and the biscuits cold; other than that, the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. We truly liked the closeness to Aggieville and the campus.
Disliked: The morning we were to leave, beneath the heating unit the carpet was soaked. It was dry the night before when we pulled the drapes in the same area. The staff was informed on our checkout.

Liked: A great place to stay in Manhattan. Loved the location and ease of getting in and out. The breakfast was ok. It could have been better, but it was fine considering it was free and easy to access every morning.

Disappointing
Liked: The hotel is beautiful! And the staff members that we encountered were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The fridge did not work in our room. We checked in on Friday and departure Tuesday (memorial weekend). I called the front desk immediately to let them know our fridge didn't work. I asked if we could get a replacement or if someone could look at it. Maintenance had already left for the day and was told that I couldn't get another fridge. I was told the front desk would make a note about it and for the time being we could keep cold items in the staff fridge. Neither my husband nor I wanted to constantly go up and down to grab anything from the fridge. Saturday my husband talked with the front desk in the morning and let them know about our fridge. Found out staff had no knowledge of anything being wrong with it but would now make a note about it. Sunday I talked with the front desk again about it and the lady was very sweet and willing to at least try to come up with a resolution. We both decided to just stay in the room since we were already settled. The front desk staff member did give us 10% off for the inconvenience. That was great, but honestly we weren't looking for money to be taken off. We just wanted/needed a working fridge.I used to manage Marriott hotels and I was constantly on my staff regarding guest issues. The only staff member that even tried to help in any way was the lady who worked Sunday. I could have my days mixed up and I apologize. I do know she was an older front desk staff member. I should've gotten her name, I really was appreciative of her.
