Liked: This is a great place - large rooms and fabulous location. I would have rated the facility a 10 but we were informed 2 days beforehand that the pool and hot tub were closed.

Exceptional

Decent Place, but Terrible Staff

Liked: Newly renovated
Disliked: The staff were horrible. The communications I had with them on Booking.com was full of false information. Front desk claims that they do not have control of their own Booking.com account, therefore, they shouldn’t be held responsible.

Nice facility, could do without...

Liked: Great location. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans etc.
Disliked: The sales pitch. Stayed here twice because it's a nice facility but do not like how, after check in, they send you to the concierge desk for a parking pass. Before they give the pass to you, you have to listen to all the promotional discounts you can get if you sign up for a session the next day to hear about their vacation club, aka timeshare. They were kind of pushy. Got to our room a little aggravated. Not how I want to start a rare weekend away. Probably won't go back because of it. There are plenty of lodging options in this area.

We liked the spacious room...

Liked: The hotel room was spacious and nice
Disliked: The pool was closedThe bathroom was filled with gross mold in the shower and it was dirty. There was no shuttle service to the mtn.

Passable

Liked: Pool was not open, only reason to book a hotel is to have a pool for the kids. It has been under construction for 2 weeks, the hotel let me know the day before check in about it. Couldn't cancel my reservation at that point, kids were not happy.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated

Liked: Room was large
Disliked: Where to start.. the pool was broken. Staff was very rude especially upon checkout.They don't accommodate if you need an extra blanket. Was told “we don’t have room service every day” .The jacuzzi broke the night we were there and were asked to not use it anymore when they called at 1130 pm. Apparently it was leaking into the room below. The room was old and rundown with cracked tiles and ripped carpet. I stepped in a piece of grout that was coming out of the floor. What was supposed to be to be a quick little fun trip with the kids turned into a frustrating and disappointing weekend.
