Disliked: Hot tub and pools were out of order for 2 weeks. Restaurant was awful. There was never a basketball available we had to buy one.

Liked: Staff was exceptional! Kept trying to work through problems with the rooms. Did not give up until we were satisfied!
Disliked: Two different rooms in the lodge were inadequate. Floors were slanted and squeaky. One lamp in the room, no place to lay items, tub didn’t drain properly, and not one chair to sit in.

Liked: Place was beautiful. Cabins good, spacious.
Disliked: I’m been charge extra $400 and some chains, I call property, I was told manager will come back next day. It been 2 weeks and nobody has reach me back. I have reach out property twice.
