Disappointing

Liked: My check in girl was amazing not sure her name but she was there when I checked in and checked out. I rated the 4 because of the one employee if not for her i would have rated a 1
Disliked: The carpet was wet in the room, the tile floor were slippery, the floor in the master had a slope so the bed sloped. This is a resort but the room was outdated.

Time share

Liked: Location was good. Close to colonial Williamsburg and grocery stores/ restaurants.
Disliked: I didn’t realize when booking that this is a time share property. Upon check in we were asked to attend a presentation. We declined. They called us during our trip to ask again about attending a presentation. Very annoying. The hard surfaces of the floors were sticky.

Wonderful base to visit Colonial...

Liked: Beautiful renovated rooms, lots of space, very clean We had two bedrooms and two baths and a living room with kitchen. It was about a 10 minute or less walk to Colonial Williamsburg. Free coffee, cocoa, apple cider in the lobby. Indoor pool looked nice but we didn’t go in.
Disliked: N/A. Tried to get us in a timeshare presentation but you can decline.

Liked: Walking distance to colonial Williamsburg
Disliked: The place was beautiful

Liked: Rooms and location were exceptional
Disliked: Some regular cream with the coffee station would have been nice.

Liked: The resort was clean, the staff was nice, and the location was close to everything.
Disliked: The Resort does not offer a Continental Breakfast, and I wish checkout time was at 11 am.
