This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever visited. The staff is top class professional at every level. My husband and I were so impressed. The decor was stunning. We will return!

Liked: The staff were top class, especially the bellman(?) Michael who helped to find a lost cell phone. He took care of me like I was family!
Disliked: No hot tub or pool (lol).

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, fridge and microwave a plus. Excellent!

Disliked: Needed a shower cap.

Great location, great staff, great...

Liked: The location was great, close to multiple L lines, restaurants we wanted to go to, not far from the park or the main part of town. Easily walkable or with public transportation. The doorman and receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. And they held our bags when our flight was later in the day without breaking the record I had bought which was nice!
Disliked: They told me at check-in what floor had coffee in the morning, but it isn't actually listed anywhere and I forgot almost instantly. Oh well, plenty of nice cafes nearby!
