This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever visited. The staff is top class professional at every level. My husband and I were so impressed. The decor was stunning. We will return!

Liked: The staff were top class, especially the bellman(?) Michael who helped to find a lost cell phone. He took care of me like I was family!
Disliked: No hot tub or pool (lol).

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, fridge and microwave a plus. Excellent!

Superb

Liked: Spacious modern room, great shower, nice gym. We also loved the convenience of having Meli Cafe connected through the lobby. It is a great place for breakfast or lunch.

Great stay! Perfect location!

Liked: Great location and spacious room! It Was pretty close to multiple metro entries, so no matter where you needed to go it wasn't difficult to get to.

Liked: Great location, everything is within walking distance, the staff was super nice and helpful.The hotel itself was clean, the room was spacious and completely comfortable. We’ll definitely be staying there again!

Comfy and clean at a...

Liked: Very comfortable beds. Large room and bathroom. Quiet and very comfortable overall. A very good value.
Disliked: South Loop is ideal for some things like proximity to Art Institute. But we found ourselves taking the buses and the L for a lot of things. Thankfully public transportation is super easy in Chicago.
