This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever visited. The staff is top class professional at every level. My husband and I were so impressed. The decor was stunning. We will return!

Liked: The staff were top class, especially the bellman(?) Michael who helped to find a lost cell phone. He took care of me like I was family!
Disliked: No hot tub or pool (lol).

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, fridge and microwave a plus. Excellent!

Disliked: Needed a shower cap.

Liked: Everything was amazing at Hotel Blake! The front desk and Showtime were the best parts to the hotel; one of the ladies working the front desk was even nice enough to take my birthday pictures! The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfy; I loved the bathroom especially the shower. There is a cafe connected to the hotel that also offers some great breakfast! The hotel was also pretty close to Downtown Chicago; it was walkable in comfy shoes. I would definitely stay here again for a Chicago trip.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Always greeted us when we left and returned. That was a nice touch. The room was quite large and comfortable. Location was convenient to the train station and many downtown sites. Would love to stay there again.
Disliked: Can't really think of anything without being too picky.
